Regular readers will know that we’ve been working like crazy behind the scenes, developing new dishes. We’re delighted (and rather relieved) to announce that our work is finally done, and that our brand-new menu will be available for you to enjoy later this month.

Among the new arrivals is our Red Curry. Inspired by a traditional Thai recipe, it’s based on butternut squash, which gives a subtle sweetness to balance the spiciness, and a pleasing chunky texture. You can choose your Red Curry with Grilled Beef or Grilled Chicken: both are priced at just £5.45.

We’ve added to our sides selection with our new pumpkin korokke – Japanese-style croquettes made from mashed pumpkin, rolled in breadcrumbs and deep-fried. Plus, we’ve created a new prawn katsu to complement our best-selling chicken version.

By popular demand, we’ve also brought back Daifuku, a dessert we served when we first opened, but hasn’t been on the menu for a while. Daifuku is a Japanese confection consisting of a small round glutinous rice cake, called a mochi, stuffed with a sweet filling. Daifuku comes in many different flavours, but for our reintroduction, we’ve settled on two: sweetened red bean paste; and a Japanese herbal blend.
