Freshly prepared using excellent ingredients, and culinary skills nurtured over generations, all our donburi, sushi, noodles, soups and salads remain true to their Asian origins, perfectly capturing their traditional colours, aromas and flavours.

We buy all our fish, meat and vegetables from local suppliers we know and trust for maximum quality and flavour, and minimum food-miles. With gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, low-fat and low-carb options available, you can now make a healthier choice without compromising on taste!

Our glass noodles are naturally low in fat. Traditional soba noodles are made from buckwheat which, unlike cereals, contains all the essential amino acids the body needs to stay healthy.


Soup is at the heart of traditional cuisine throughout Asia. Our miso is packed with healthful protein and omega-3s.


Japanese for ‘rice bowl dish’, donburi is just that – a bowl of rice topped with meat, fish or vegetables. The Japanese themselves call it ‘don’, so please feel free to do the same.


The crisp, clean crunchiness of fresh vegetables, combined with fish or chicken and finished off with our exotic Asian-inspired dressings.
